Creative Guru

I haven't posted for a while. Dealing with health issues, family issues, marital issues - almost every issue, but I thought I should pop something on to remind me just how good creative can be.
This woman was one of my early mentors, remember when younger people actually looked up to an older person. Mary would have been perhaps 10 years or so older than I was, and she was so stylish and fab.
She works out of New York and just check her blog out because she does interesting stuff. It is no sell - I haven't seen her in years, I just thought let's start with something creative again and then thought of her.

Farewell my friend

My partner in crime, fellow traveller along the cursed cancer route died this week. We went to her home service tonight. So much for the book surviving cancer on the shelf. She did absolutely try everything. All in vain. I'm numb. 

Facebook

Really not loving Facebook anymore. People mostly just post video things or whatever. I like that on occasion but now it's just over and over. Or friends who want to promote themselves, their business or just plain sell stuff. It's just boring
